Circadian Rhythm is your body’s natural 24-hour clock. It helps regulate your wake-sleep cycle and influences many systems throughout your body. While most people’s circadian rhythms function automatically, external factors—especially exposure to light and darkness—play a significant role in how well that rhythm operates.
Getting outside and walking in the daylight each day can make a powerful impact on your health, rest, and overall well-being. When our circadian rhythm is disrupted, it can have adverse effects—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
But walking in the light isn’t just good for the body—it’s also essential for the soul. As followers of Jesus, we are called to walk in the light spiritually.
📖 “But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son, cleanses us from all sin.” —1 John 1:7
So let me encourage you today: get plenty of sunlight, and even more SON light. 🌞✝️
