Reflection:
Israel longed for a king to solve their problems. We often do the same—looking to presidents, politicians, influencers, or systems to fix what only God can heal. The best human leader is still human: limited, flawed, and temporary. Only Christ reigns with perfect wisdom and justice.

Call to Action:
Identify one area where you’ve placed too much hope in human leadership and surrender it back to God.

Prayer:
Father, help me anchor my trust in You alone. Remind me that You are my true and eternal King. Amen.
